So we have 2 new ducklings 7-8 weeks old - probably Pekin, but possibly another white breed. We are new to having a flock we also have several various chicks ranging from 6-8 weeks. They all live together in a run with separate sleeping sections in a 2 story coop that was completed last weekend. Eventually we plan to let the free range as adults when we are home to supervise. So 4 days ago. I thought the ducks some how got out of the run. Ends up 2 new ducks showed up out of the blue. They left after about an hour of milling around, but came back yesterday and have been here since.. They don't appear to want to leave. They go back and forth from the run to the stream that runs through our back yard. I have not fed them and they seem to be skiddish or skeptical of people if I go out to the yard they run off. They reappear as soon as I go back inside.
Should I worry about them hanging around? Would they possibly try to harm our ducks or chickens?

I'm not yet sure as I don't believe they've reached full maturity at 7-8 weeks
I forget how quickly ducks grow.
I can't tell if the newcomers are boys or girls either. Just see the one curly feather.
Maybe they came to join the flock. ;)
I'm not sure what you should do.

Sadly, they appear to be drakes that someone has discarded. I would not allow them access to your flock. This time of year especially drakes can be extremely sexually aggressive.
I am a newbie to ducks, but at least one of the 2 have a clear drake feather. I wasn't sure about the other. They both have a raspy quack that I witnessed as they scurried away while I tried to take pictures. Hopefully I can deter them from hanging around with just being present more in the yard and not providing a food source.

pekin drakes! please do not just leave them out there to die, if u let us know what state your in there’s most likely some rescues that could take them if you don’t want them
I believe they probably belong to a neighboring property. I plan to check in with some of our neighbors to see if they are looking for them. We have a small rural plot of land with several farms only a few acres away. 2 springs ago we had 3 white ducks passing back and forth through our stream for a few weeks, however we hadn't seen any since. If they don't belong to a neighbor, I will try to find someone to help relocate them. There are some places for them to shelter in our yard. I suspect they found a place last night or went home, because they weren't there at dusk when I put ours in their coop, but we're back at 6:30 this morning when I let them out.

If you don't find their owner close by, those are abandoned domestic ducks. At least one of them is male, probably both of them. They need feeding, taking care of, and protecting from predators. The white ducks you have had previously likely fell afoul of predators as they have no useful flight and are ill equipped to survive in the wild.
While I agree, you should not let them in with your ducks, if you have no way to care for them separately from your ducks, they need rehoming. What state are you in and which county? Your state forum might be able to help find a home, as might your local chapter of the ASPCA or the Humane Society. Some arrange adoptions, those that don't may have duck keeping contacts that will take in an abandoned drake.

Turns out they belong to the property just down stream from us. It is about a half mile from the road and blocked by a plot of woods so you can't really see much but the drive way. Looks like a junk yard. We moved here 8 years ago,, but they never stopped and introduced themselves like the other (neighbors). The guy said they have had ducks for 5-6 years and started with 3. One of them had a bum leg and disappeared 2 years ago. He said they have a shelter out back pointing to a lean-to, they completely free range, and I shouldn't have gotten ducks if I didn't want them in my yard 😒
