Ouch for here but not bad for there. My NY rollers have feathered feet to toes, and happily breeding in this freezing weather, keeping water dish from freezing unless gets below or to zero.

What a difference a few days makes! Now we are running 40 and 50 degree weather!!!! Finally melting off the thick ice on the roads. What a relief. However, all lawns and pastures are mushy messes!

Must be our proximity to Canada.

Between the snow and ice melting off I fear for the stability of my bones!!! Biffed it years back and dislocated my elbow. Not something I want to repeat!
