Looks like an Easter Egger possibly? It looks to have doe eyes and the sunflower seed like patterin.

I'm going Leghorn. Looking at Welly's their eye stripe does not extend from the eye to the beak. If it were a Welly it would be a pullet based of of eye-stripe

I don't know if those same rules apply to leghorns. If it were a wellie yes. If you look at love my chickens 25's wellsummer the eyeliner is hardly visible so it is likely a roo. The eyeliner and v on the top of the head on mine is dark so likely a pullet.
