Unhappy hen = always noisy?

I tried that two times with two different roo's just to see if they didnt like the first one.. nothing.. they are happy pecking away on the ground as they scream.. i swear they both are trying to be roosters..

my 3 hens are noisier than a rooster i need help please!! they water , food , a flock block , and they are let outside. what should i do???? i was at my neighbors house 2 houses down ad i can still hear um.please help me !!!
