Unhappy hens??

Me and my boyfriend have been keeping hens for nearly a year, we have 15 hens and haven't got an egg since October

we have neighbours and friends that have very productive hens that lay everyday. I'm worried our hens aren't happy, they get lots of outdoor time laying pellets dry warm coop and fresh water daily! What would be the problem?

With that many hens and such a long time since you found an egg, my first thought is that maybe they are laying someplace that you haven't discovered yet.

Lock them in the coop for a week and see what you get.
Might be lack of light, first year layers will lay thru winter without supplemental lighting, but most older hens won't.
