Unhealthy Comb?

It looks like she also has the yellow in her feathers. I'd guess it is egg. Black spots can also be frostbite.
 
Frostbite is impossible lol I keep them in my garage which is heated to 40 F ( ~5C) I may separate her from the others for a day to see if eggs come back.
 
Hopefully she has not already taught the others about 'the joys of egg eating'. A flap over the front of the nest boxes to darken them sometimes helps cut down on egg eating.

I haven't built nest boxes due to the dimensions of the coop. I'll build a couple if it would help

I saw a half eaten egg this morning so I went after it. Pretty sure I found the culprit! And this pullet had a bloody comb so I checked it out. I see the word BlueKote everywhere I presume I would need to apply it there?
