mine prefer blue cheeseWe do a salad similar for our ducks. As long as it cut up into small enough pieces you shouldn't have any problems. The Ranch Dressing is what makes the Salad Unhealthy !
I read somewhere that ducks won’t eat plants that are bad for them because they (the bad plant) tastes bitter to Mr. Duck. I can’t confirm the legitimacy of this claim, as I don’t remember the source of the material. Perhaps someone on here can confirm. That's to funny ! I have always read and heard that the tomato plants were toxic for them and was curious if anyone has had issues with their ducks wanting to eat the plant, or do they know enough to stay away from them on their own?
iceberg lettuce isn’t good for them, romaine is. they just get a “salad” once or twice a day anyways. they have dry duck feed available all day long.Lettuce doesn't have much nutrition. That might be considered unhealthy if that's all you're feeding them
Nice corn, please post some photos of your ducks!"What do you think: does she see us?"
"She totally can't see us"
