I found these pictures on another site.
They almost look to have regular mille fluers type mottling. Maybe the whitish birds are very old individuals? Weird how the mottling seems to be more concentrated on the breast and back.
You're right, they seem to have head spots of color kind of like other mottling types. I wish I knew what would happen if they were bred with Anconas or other breeds with European mottling.Was doing some more searching and while this breed does have the regular mille fleur coloring, it seems like this "pied" color is separate.
