Of course that would skew the results and possibly render the results useless. I doubt the researchers are part of any government plot, maybe they deserve the benefit of a doubt.

This study is not being conducted in a scientific manner because the study is open to any and all people who wish to participate. One could even feed poisonous or forbidden things to the hens whose eggs are "EVALUATED" in order to push-pull the results in a non-scientific direction. The only information available at this time is that these results will be shared with the people who submitted the eggs to help develop their chicken whisper skills.

They aready know where I am LOL! I work for UC Davis and have sent in hens for necropsy

I would, sometime, like to see if I could go down and watch them perform a necropsy... I wonder what their policy is for letting people view one?

Hard to say.
Wonders if the design of study will be outlined and explained, as well as the results.
Studies can 'fail' or be skewed in any or all phases; design, execution, data gathering and compilation, result interpretation(s). Doubt we(participants and/or the general public) will know the specifics of any phase.
