If they are going to do a study on BYC eggs, they also need to do a study on the produce sold at the local grocer.

I would hate to be DQd!
I did not have enough time to get there today. I will drop them off tomorrow and only 6 will go.
The Campus is an odd place and Google does not really understand it. I have better instructions from Google maps now. I might head over they this after noon or on my way home.
The limit was likely to keep shipping costs down. Most people will ship them.Wow! Big campus!
Nice looking eggs!
I would think they might just eat the other 6
They probably just said 2-6 in case they get a lot of eggs cause if everyone sent in a dozen then that would be a lot of eggs to test... and probably to not scew up the results too much if one person only sends like two and someone else sends a dozen then that's a lot more chickens from one area

The Davis campus is one of two in the UC system that has room for expansion. We have a lot of construction going on here!
Ahh that makes a lot more sense! Especially since they offer to pay for shipping.
And wow they're making it bigger? What are they building?
Besides that, it would seem that if one egg was somehow affected by smoke or ash, all eggs from that "supplier" would as well. 6 would be more than plenty to figure that out. Any requirement that the 6 come from different hens?? Plus there is the possibility of breakage so 6 would likely still give them a sample even if some broke. The limit was likely to keep shipping costs down. Most people will ship them.
Are they paying for shipping....or just providing a label so they go to the right place?Especially since they offer to pay for shipping.
It is offered but optional:Are they paying for shipping....or just providing a label so they go to the right place?
