Univited turkey

North Western Oregonian here, are you sure wild turkeys don't live in your area? Just wondering. I see them often in my area and wouldn't be surprised to learn they're more common in WA than one might think. I definitely have seen them in eastern Washington but I know much like Oregon, the eastern area is more like a prairie desert and the western is more temperate.
 
Congratulations on your new turkey. She has checked out the area and decided she like your spot. If it was me......I would fees her.
That's just me, everyone has their own opinions and reasons for that opinion. You do you! Do What you feel is best for you peace of mind, the turkey, and your chickens.

I foolishly relied on WDFW for information. 😊 Since then I've had a few folks tell me they have seen turkeys in my area. She still lives here and we're all quite happy about it.
