The white one is a Silver Mille Fleur Belgian d'Uccle roo

It isn't a d'Uccle. The bird has a rose comb, not a single comb.

Both birds are Belgian bearded d'Anvers bantams. Although the white rooster appears to be mixed with some other feather footed breed.

That's the 'main' breed consisting of most of its characteristics.... Obviously not show quality, since the male has a rosé comb.
Of course, he could be a D'anver mixed with something, or he could be a d'uccle mixed with something (or he could be a hatchery d'uccle, since all sorts of things happen in hatcheries, and she's also a hatchery D'anver ) really, you could call him d'uccle or D'anver, though his coloring looks similar to d'anvers.. For all you know, he's a cross of both...lol.. Very cute buggers
