Unknown Bulge below neck

Hi everyone. My 6 month old Barred Rock Hen has this lump under her neck and was wondering if anybody knew what it was and how to take care of it. She continues to lay, eat, and drink. It doesn't seem to hurt her only when I squeeze kinda hard. Any input is appreciated. Thank you!

Are you sure it's not her crop?

Examine in the morning when it should be empty. Crops do get impacted sometimes, due to eating overly-long grass, or too big of chunks of food, and then it can become a chronic problem.
