If these are mixed breed birds, which it sounds like, then we are probably wasting our time trying to guess what breeds are in the mix at this stage and the first one may not be a Marans at all but as Donrae says, a cross of a barred bird with a feather legged bird. It may become more apparent as they get their adult feathers, where there parentage lies. I certainly have no idea with that last one but it is flickering a little on my roodar. That comb is quite fleshy and starting to pink up for such a young age and it has heavy shanks and an upright stance. Too early to call it, but one to watch.
