Ideally, you would do routine fecals and de-worm based on what was found. Since you are seeing worms in poop, you should de-worm the whole flock.Seems the common chicken worms are "normal" given outdoor access?
My flock has roundworms, chickens have not yet shown external signs (ie healthy, comb/waddle are bright, etc.). Should one treat preventatively for worms?

You could learn how to do it yourself (@KsKingBee does his fecals), but I was thinking something more along the lines of collecting the poop and sending it off to a lab or a vet.I have looked on Amazon, to do a fecal test seems I need:
