Unknown injury/disease in silkie hen

I'm in urgent need of advice, as there is no vet anywhere near me that is knowledgeable about chickens.
About four days ago, I noticed that my silkie hen (who has been brooding for about two weeks) left her eggs to drink some water, and both her left wing and left leg were hanging limp to the side, making her very unsteady and hardly able to walk. Neither her wing nor her leg seems to be fractured or painful, but she seems to have a lack of control over them. She has no sign of any other issue/s, and, as far as I know, she hasn't been injured. Does anyone know what the issue could be and if there's any way to correct it?

Silkies are prone to vitamin deficiency, give her 400 i.u vitamin E and a sliver of a B complex tablet everyday for 2 weeks.
