Unknown irritated spot on hen

Hello all! I’m new to the group. I was hoping you all may know what’s going on with one of my hens. She’s the only one affected. This area is below her vent (so not thinking prolapsed). It is soft (so not egg bound), does not have yellow discharge or an order (not vent gleet), and we have checked the coop and all hens for mites (no sign or evidence of them). We keep the coop and run cleaned/dry regularly. She’s 1.5 year old black australorp. Thank you all for ideas/suggestions!
