Lacking any feathers on the legs for them to be black copper Marans. But they could be hatchery quality and possibly not demonstrating this feature.

Not all Marans have trotter floof.
Before I joined BYC I was accustomed to clean flappered Marans hens.

I’m going to be satisfied that they are back yard mitts. They are both very nice . momma is friendly talks alot when we come into their area and even likes to be pet while But Daddy is very docile for now at least

I’ve seen a lot of BSL with dark skin when they are still young. If it’s from TSC then it’s not a cemani cross.

I don't think so. She has too dark comb, wattles and earlobes for a SXL. The only way to learn is our friend too check out she's rest body

I would be inclined to agree with you.
BSL fits well enough for the pullet.
It's the cockerel with five toes that's confusing. Since it's unlikely to be a random mix if it's from TSC.

Most BSL at least have a tinge of black.
