Tractor supply said these were Asian blacks , clearly they are not. If anyone knows I would appreciate the help

The rooster looks like a mix, and the hen looks like a Black Sex Link... unless it has feathered feet I couldn’t really tell. But def not Asian blacks.

Very interesting.

The pullet does look like a BSL...
If I took them as a pair I might have said BC Marans...but there are a few things that rule that out.
One being the interesting discovery of the five toes on the cockerel's foot.

They are suppose to be a pair they are both big but the cockerel is very large and so far not aggressive

My guess is a Black Copper Marans (BCM) Mix. TSC sometimes carries Midnight Majesty Marans which is a Barred Rock and BCM cross but in this cross the males would always be single barred. Yours do not show any barring so not sure what the mix is.

The rooster is definitely a cross.
A black sex link can't have a black face and so dark feet. Probably is a cemani cross. If she had and a dark skin she I cemani cross for sure. Check it out for sure

I’ve seen a lot of BSL with dark skin when they are still young. If it’s from TSC then it’s not a cemani cross.

Lacking any feathers on the legs for them to be black copper Marans. But they could be hatchery quality and possibly not demonstrating this feature.
