We will follow his scent until we finally catch him." She then turned to Halo and said,"You stay here. When the rest of the pack comes you tell them whats going on and try to catch up with us, okay?"

"okay" she nodded her head in agreement. She looked back toward their territory, hoping that they would recover her pup.

Empire raced up a small hill, I was beginning to rain, and the sun was going down, so things were almost completely in his favor.
He tracked down a small rabbit and fed it to this small "scrap" of a pup. He found a large maze of bushes and trees, and made his way to the center. He lay down and sheltered the pup in a small den that was dug in the dirt.

Ramsay followed the scent quickly, before it disappeared, as it was beginning to rain. He raced toward a bunch of bushes and called Willow over. "The scent leads into here" he said strongly.

Zeke ran to Ramsay and smelled the scent for himself.

Ramsay came upon Empire and crouched down, as Empire didn't notice him. He snuck up from behind and snatched the pup. He then dashed out of there. He ran passed the other wolves toward Halo. "Take the pup and run to your den!" He said.

Empire was furious. Rage was pumping through his veins. He went to chase him, but upon exiting the bushes, he found himself among many of the Forest pack members.

Willow growled at Empire and leaped at him swiftly. Not all of the pack was there yet, but the loner was still outnumbered.

Empire was struck and landed on his side, his ribs hurt, but he wasn't quite defeated yet. He lay motionless for a moment. Then he got up and jumped on Willow, then bit the back of her neck.

Willow used her one of her forelegs and clawed at Empire's side savagely. She was infuriated with this loner and was going to let him know.
