Ramsay got up reluctantly, after hearing the pups' whine of hunger. He trotted off to the large patch of trees where he usually did his hunting.

Ramsay saw a large doe, but decided that he couldn't bring it down alone, until he saw Meringue, and silently motioned her over.

He looked at the doe and back at Meringue, then began walking as quietly as possible toward the hopefully-future meal, then, as fast as lightning, began dashing toward it, giving all of his energy in to each and every stride, his mind only on this hunt.

Ramsay eventually caught up to the deer and jumped onto its neck, biting and grabbing on as long as he could.

Meringue grabbed the deer's front leg. She ran under the deer bringing it down.
