I think they were bantams but wasn't sure and I didn't buy any but how do you know whether they're standard or bantams? They were the only chicks they had so I had nothing to compare them to. Just wondering...

post pictures, i can tell bantams from standards by the colors because, most standards feed stores sell arn't as colorful as the bantams!

Oh I didn't get any pictures! I was trying so hard to resist them. Lol. Had I taken pics, I would find one in the group that I would have to go get. Haha

oh. anyways, the smaller more colorful ones are usually bantams

They are SO cute! I couldnt tell if they were bantams or if I had just forgotten how small newbie standards really are, ya know? Like when your kid turns 1 and you can't even imagine them being tiny babies anymore... Or something to that effect. Lol

Bantys are usually much smaller, even as chicks. Usually all the bantys I see at TSC are pretty colorful, except today I saw a little grey cutie with feathered legs, but I think it only had 3 toes (hard to tell when it was running

) Anyone have any idea what that cutie was?
