I think egg, since what did that chicken come from? 
Ie. Two chicken relatives created an egg, and from that egg came a chicken.

The egg. Eggs evolved long before the species Gallus Gallus did. Eggs have been in the evolutionary lineage of chickens for literally millions of years while what we recognize today as having the traits of a chicken is a relatively new phenomena, even just basing it off of basic phenotype and ecological role.
