Anyone ever dealt with an unplugged incubator ? One of mine was unplugged sometime aftet 3am last night..I didn't realize til 30 minutes ago..the temp was 84.3°.. my question is, how soon will they die if they're going to?
I want to get them back up to temp and there for a while first, and I'll just shine a light over them in the incu, won't take them out..just don't know when to do it to best see what the result is going to be...

If they were only to 85 they are probably fine. I had a broody hen that each time she went broody she would leave her eggs for about half an hour everyday to forage and then go back. Her chicks were always fine but always hatched on day 22. She left everyday, yours might hatch out an hour late because of this. lol jk they're fine.

Id be super happy with even a day late honestly. They are my Tolbunt eggs and Norwegian Jaers..the Jaers were just set so not stressed over them but the Polish are right at day 8 so at their most fragile..

You could always candle them in a couple days and see if you can catch one moving to know for sure that they're alive

I plan to candle everything other than those just set, but do you know how long it would take them to die if the temp drop killed them? I didn't know if they would die while the temp was low or if it would just affect them and then take a couple days to die? I can see in the polish very well so if they live, I will definitely be able to see movement
