Unpopped popcorn?

i just googled too.. saw nothing about it..

oh wait i found some places that said yes you can feed them popcorn popped with no salt or butter added.. and unpopped as well

If you start giing them popcorn they will soon be asking for a movie and a soda! I think they prefer the movie "Chicken Run".

Unpopped popcorn is fine for chickens. It is included in some pigeon mixes. It is just corn.

I have my LF adult chickens eating whole kernals of regular feed corn without problem. As long a they have adequate grit they will be fine.

Popped, unpopped, buttered, salted,or no. It's all good. Just don't go bananas with it and make sure they've got plenty of water. With unpopped make sure they've got access to grit because it's a mighty hard grain.

I thought that corn had to be "cracked" before given to chickens,, all scratch has cracked corn in it. maybe uncracked will just pass thru.
