Just not combined with crests, with the exception of like Brabanters and their mohawk crests. Beard + big crest = no face, and I like my chickens to have faces.

i have yet do decide how i feel about silkies HOWEVER i will say that those silkies that people due to look like super bright and colorful and they look like little fluffy balls? that’s a whole aesthetic right there and i’m here for it
