I like laced and spangled buff patternsUnpopular chicken opinion: The color buff is UGLY unless it's on a buff brahma, in which case the black columbian patterning and black feathers compliment it well.
Agreed 100%. I also don’t mind buff laced. Also solid buff is okay on silkies. I can pass on Buff Brahmas. Don’t necessarily hate them though.Unpopular chicken opinion: The color buff is UGLY unless it's on a buff brahma, in which case the black columbian patterning and black feathers compliment it well.
Haven't seen spangled, but buff laced is also ok and looks great IMO. If it's offset by another color, I think it looks pretty nice. But 9 times out of 10 it looks gross and washed out to me.I like laced and spangled buff patterns

I have 2 sizzlers & 3 sizzle mixes with either CQ, EE or silkiei honestly do not understand how frizzles can survive in cold conditions, chicken feather structures are sooooooo important to keeping warm, how do they maintain body temps???
Yep, same.I like the ones with a lot of white, as it offsets the buff:
