Pic one is a Phoenix and a Japanese for the whites, pic 2 is everyone's favorite breed

The first is okay, like I said I don’t mind plain white, I just find it pretty boring. The second one is ugly though, but not because of the white.

With naked neck chickens, I don't mind the naked necks, I just really don't like the way that the feathers on their heads look for some reason

I can see that. I'm more particular about whether or not they have the 'bowtie' tuft, myself, though I probably wouldn't turn down any of them.

Same. I have a partridge hen and my male wit poor bowties and it drives me nuts

Saw one of those hatched in an episode of White House on the Hill. If it ends up looking anything like the 'glamour' pics, then it will be an attractive chicken, buff or not. . Look at

She is slightly less dirty now lol
She likes to roll in the dirt, get dirty, then not shake out her feathers and just continue to be dirty
