Unresolved vent issue in pullet

One of my Bantam Cochin hens seems to have an issue I can’t resolve. I have already had her separated out and on a round of antibiotics. Her temperament is usually very docile so she seems to be doing ok. Same symptoms as last time, her vent looks a little swollen. Some stuck poop on one side. When I got it out there was a little blood spot so I’m assuming it was dry underneath and stuck. She lost a little weight but not a lot. She’s eating and drinking, but I feel something is wrong. Just seems a little
Off. I’ve continued to soak her and check her vent area every few days. I have treated her for lash egg, prolapsed vent ….. but no change. Sorry for the gross pics! . Any thoughts?!?

In the second picture, what is the yellow stuff below her vent? It doesn't look like vent gleet, but if it reeks, that's possibly what it is, except there usually is creamy white stuff too.

For one thing, after the antibiotics, she needs probiotics for a couple of weeks, easiest way is powders for their water, but there are other ways like a small amt of yogurt or fermented feed/grains daily. This will also help if she's constipated, and, if she had some vent gleet issues.

You can try putting a little Preparation H on her vent and that should help the swelling. If she's bleeding, you can use an antibiotic ointment like Neosporin except make sure it doesn't have the pain reliever in it.
