I am starting to use my bread machine again. Some of the recipes call for unsalted butter. Most of the time all I have is salted butter. Does it really make a difference?

Huh? How do you mix the flours/dry and liquids?There are no knead recipes out there. My hubby makes one that he likes a lot.
I have a foccacia bread I make in a mixer, tasty.It's made in a stand mixer.
