Looking for input on my rooster.

Yesterday the whole flock was clucking, it sounded as though one was screaming like something was wrong. When I opened the door there was a few flying feathers, and my rooster was flapping around, stumbling and crashing into the ground. Pretty quickly after it began he was scooting with his back feet, and then stopped. He started to have labored breathing and his wings were slightly outstretched. He was closing his eyes for 10-15 seconds at a time.

I tried to talk to him and a few other birds got in the way. I just watched. This rooster hates me, I did not feel my presence would help his state of panic. A few minutes later he started to stand. Taking brief naps. He was drunk walking. It improved slightly, but he is still not stable on his feet.

He cannot walk up a ramp, or jump. Nor can he balance on a 2x4.

He is isolated to a kennel in the run. His toes will curl, but will outstretch again. His wings have always been lower than all other birds.

He has been eating and drinking.

I gave him scrambled eggs as well as poultry drench vitamins.

Any advice or knowledge welcome.. the video is right after it happened last night, he is the larger darker roo. I will also try to get one of his behavior in kennel today.
Nobody is vaccinated.
Rooster is 7 months old.

They all eat a higher protein all flock food. Free range, no chemicals in the area, we are neighbored by an organic farm and all other neighbors have flocks as well. Calcium available. Treats normally once a day, as well as acceptable kitchen scraps. I have 8 birds, he isn’t getting an abnormal amount.

Update on my roo.
He has become a bit more stable.
It’s super windy today, he isn’t falling over which would not have been the case yesterday.
Still eating and drinking.
No signs of parasites in poop.
