We have all hens. We were hoping to get one roo out of the last two we got. What do you think?

You have in fact got two roosters there!

Not sure on breeds, but they are around 4 months old. Gender? Maybe even breed advice?!?

Looks like the white one in the middle is a roo and the speckled one next to the roo could be either, and the one in the back is a pullet. The may be amber links(Amber stars) and the hens are typically tan with brown speckles or white with a amber wash on the neck, but I don't know about the roos. The reason I think the speckled one may be a hen is that coloring and she could be close to laying. The one I think is a roo, may turn out to be a hen becuase of how close they could be to laying (18-20 wks). I'm sorry if that was confusing!!
