Unsure if one of our Rhode Island Reds is a rooster?

One of our approx. 5 week old Rhode Island reds is quite a bit larger than the other and I’m a little concerned she may be a rooster.. (maybe the other one is just growing slower as she’s had a sneeze since week 3)
She’s gotten so big in the past week and a half and her comb is much larger than the other.

For reference, our other Rhode Island Red, who has had a slight respiratory problem for a couple weeks (which may be stunting her growth as well..). Side note: she has been eating and drinking normally, we’ve been putting some vetRX for poultry on her nose to help with her breathing when it gets rough

Well shoot. Super new to this and the guy at the stock shop didn’t really seem to know much about them either anyone have any idea of what kind of chicken she is? Lol the other one must just be growing a little slower. She’s not as feisty as the one I was questioning

Welcome! I think it's a cockerel, but more photos later will help. Also it will help figuring out what breed.
You could ask at the store about the source of their chicks and track the breeds down that way. Usually it will be a hatchery, and they will have a list of the breeds they sell, so you can narrow it down.
'feathersite' and some hatchery catalogs, like Cackle, have good photos of many breeds of chicks and adults.
