Unsure what might be wrong with our girl? :(

Did you find any evidence of an egg in there? Necropsies, though very hard to do on pets, will sometimes show us what was wrong. Peritonitis I think is not common at this age since she hadn't laid an egg yet. Maybe she was laying internally.

No evidence of an egg.
Pus in her abdomen and in her uterus also :/

Though she had a lot of fat around her abdomen and when we cut through it, it almost seemed like yolk oozing out :/
