No ideas on foot protection but I don't know why you would want to put your chicken through the stress?
Idk when you're planning on trick or treating but wouldn't it be when she would normally be roosting?
Plus you say you're ording a harness? Sounds like that will be something new for her also. Chickens aren't made for harnesses so that will be stress for her getting strapped in and drug around by. Just the amount of walking may also be more then she would enjoy too. As might a bunch of strangers mobbing around to see.
Honestly only see negatives for her and stress that could then lead to illness.
Put yourself in her shoes and think about what this would be like for her instead of trying to put her in your shoes.
