Unusual Chicken Breed

Has anyone ever heard of a chicken whose feathers grow backward, like if you rub them from head to tail it would ruffle them but if you rub from tail to head it smooths them?
Someone told my mother-in-law about one and I can’t find it online.

Could you be talking about a frizzle? The feathers don't grow in the wrong direction, but they do curl.
