Unusual chicken feet... bumble foot??

I noticed one of my girls' feet looked puffier than the other hens, and I'm wondering if she could have bumble foot/ scaly leg mites. I have never had any health problems with my flock of 5 years, so I'm not great at identifying problems. She's not having any trouble walking. Could anyone offer some insight on what's happening?

Yes there is significant scaly leg mites and bumblefoot on both foot pads. Scaly leg mites can be treated with warm soaking of the legs with soapy water. Apply vaseline or other thick oil to legs and feet rubbing it in 1-2 times per week. Bumblefoot is also treated with soaking feet, and Epsom salts may be used or an antiseptic in the water. Try to remove the scab when it softens, and try to squeeze out the plug of solid cheese-like material inside. Then dress the foot with Neosporin ointment and bandage it. Sometimes surgery is required, and especially if you cannot do the repeated soaks. Here is some reading:

Thank you for the advice! When I'm treating the chickens for scaly leg mites should I clean out the coop after all of the chickens are treated, or will the mites take a while to go away?

I would treat the roosts with permethrin 10 spray at monthly intervals. Leg mites travel along the roosts to other birds. Older birds are usually the ones most affected by leg mites, but those can spread to other birds.

I have one cochin- should I treat her the same way as I treat the other chickens?

You don’t have to treat all of them for mites unless she has them or raised scales. I would treat the roosts though so it doesn’t spread.
