Well a buddy of mine got 2 pekin ducks about a month after me....and a couple weeks ago one died. Well the other started loosing weight real bad and so he called last night to ask if he could bring her over to my flock. I said thats fine as long as we dont have problems. I put her in my coop with my other fowl and she was greeted and had no problems....started drinking water right away.
And yes if I hadnt known that the bird came from the same hatchery as mine I would have quaranteened it.
