I have got one more question, how do you vote I just read the rules.

The judges vote. The judges PM their list to me. I see what was #1 and #2 in each of them and I put the lists together and that's how the winners are chosen.

since its spring shuld there be a spring theme? Like flowers or something of the sort? or just regular pics?

It would be cool to have a spring theme or a season theme.
