That is a roo. Our hens don't have that big of a comb.

I agree with most of the other posters; pullet. You have to kno your breeds and characteristics. A lot of people might look at it and judge by the comb alone, but Leghorns can have HUGE combs. Even the hens. The bird has no apparent hackle feathers, plus the males are differently colored.
