Update - DELIVERED 8 x 12 Storage Shed for $600 Should I buy it?

I have a chance to buy a very nicely made storage shed for $600 includes transport and setup. It is 8 x 12. I would have to add windows, pop door, roosts, nest boxes. I still think it seems like a good deal. Any thoughts? In nearly new condition. I need to decide ASAP as someone else is interested in it.

I didn't even click the link. I'd buy it. I paid nearly a grand for a plastic shed the same size that I had to put up myself!

absolutely buy it!! My husband built our coop, and I know we had a lot in materials! Not to mention labor. At least here in Central Indiana, that is a great price!!

Thats a good deal, if I had the money and needed it I would buy it.
I just seen one priced for $895. and most sell for more than that.

Yeah - I thought it was a great deal - but my dad who was supposed to split the cost of a new coop with me thinks it is way too much money. He thinks we can have something built that is a little bigger for a lot less money. I have a neighbor who is a contractor and owes me for using my pasture - he would build it for just the cost of supplies. But I think even the supplies would be more than this package deal.

Edited to add - It is also really hard to get the neighbor to come through with what he says he will do - could be 6 months or more before he does it.

that's a deal. I paid $800 for mine, and it was used but in perfect cond. I paid an extra $100 to have it hauled, so if you get ALL that for $600 you are really getting a sweet deal. I am converting mine into a peacock shed!!!!
