I made some chocolate chip pb cookies for a ladies yarn class today. The rest of the dough will be frozen to prevent overrating… except that it gets eaten faster when frozen.

Something about hot days -- and we have 8 of them coming up -- that take the desire to cook right out of me.

I cooked some rice yesterday. That was the most inspired cooking I've done all week. Ok, I made fried rice today... that took a bit of prep and execution. Just... wanna spread PB and jam on a rice cake, call it good, and go work in the garden.
