Update - DELIVERED 8 x 12 Storage Shed for $600 Should I buy it?

My brother who's in construction, told me I could build an 8X10 for $400. Well since he didn't offer and I don't have that kind of $$$ readily available anyway , I bought a metal 8X10 for $50 off C.L. We are going to be putting it up in the next few weeks.

It's mine - being delivered tomorrow. My chickens were going to be a little cramped in their current quarters this winter so I am happy to have the expansion. I may make the current coop into a breeding pen for my welsummers for next year.

It's here and I am so happy. Now the list of things to do to get it ready for the girls. Good thing I have the super handy BF. Perches, windows, nest boxes, feeding and watering system, pop door. I am going to be posting lots of questions because I really want to do this right. I'll post a photo tonight.
