UPDATE (Good news) HELP chicken pullet cannot stand

Thanks! I will do what I can and good thoughts and prayers appreciated. She does seem perplexed by the ordeal. She is eating and pooping now....just flapped/flopped out of cage bottom. Picked her up and rearranged her (with cage top on now). Food and water stragically placed.

Well, she is doing about the same. She is eating and drinking well. She is trying to get up and moving both legs, but still cannot get up off of her left side. She just scoots and moves on her side. I am still giving her vitamins/electrolytes, and also trying some predisone and antibiotics, just to cover all the bases. She is only ~10 weeks old or so, so I am not worried about egg production being contaminated. I really want her well. Her spirits are good and she loves to snuggle, be petted and eat (eating is her favorite).

So some promising signs, she can pull legs underneath herself and sit almost normally. She can raise herself up but not quite to standing.
Much better than lying on her side and scooting around.

My Silkie is basically doing the same thing. We've been feeding him electrolytes, and an egg yoke, honey, oats and yogurt mix. He's not overly interested in eating though. I've read that yeast, (most mention brewers yeast) to be very good for chickens with leg problems. I'm picking some up for mine tomorrow.

We put ours out on the grass today and kept a close eye on him (lots of cat around) and that really had a positive effect on him!

UPDATE
She seems a great deal better. Not as "tilted", sits normally, raises up and then can almost walk. She "walks" by almost standing and moving legs appropriately, uses her wings and flapps while she walks a bit or uses them to help balance.

Great appetite, drinking out of a waterer and moving around to get to her food.

Keep fingers crossed for her.

If you can I would say to let her get a feel of her legs. We had a chick with a leg problem like this, and we held her keel bone and stood her up and kind of "walked" with her. After a while she wanted to walk.
Said a little prayer for her today. :)

Thanks. Yes, I have been supporting her and also moving her legs around. She is not so contorted now and that helps a great deal as she was not able to balance at all when she was twisted a bit to the right.
She really desires to walk. I will keep working with her and I am still impressed with her progress thus far.
Thanks I appreciate the thoughts, prayers and suggestions.
