UPDATE (Good news) HELP chicken pullet cannot stand

So, everyone, this is my pullet, now STANDING and WALKING! She is eating her food, so do not worry, she can raise her head just fine. She only has a slight list to the left, but that seems to be improving rapidly! Thanks!

Depending on her recovery (want to have her as normal as possible) I want to put her back in with her flock this weekend. Any words of advice on this?
