Update: Having A kennel as a coop?

So I have decided what to do! I am going to get OSD board and board up the kennel and use rebar to keep it down during the storms ( we having a bad storm right now with flash flood warnings ) Which brought on a question, to stake it down it has to be on the ground but when it rains how will I keep all the bedding from getting wet? Any ideas?
