- update-humidity at 29 cant get it up please help

ok it has been 10 hrs now and for the past 2 hrs it has stayed at 64.
( gabrielle1976 said wait 8hrs the website said 12. so i was spliting the difference)
so that means it is 11 off. wow thats alot isnt it? its new with a new battery. go figure.
so if i was running 33 for humidity earlier it was actually fine- correct? i can let it retemp/humidty read the bator then add my eggs?
