This has definitely been a labor of love for you and I'm so proud of you for just diving in and getting it done! It's just beautiful. I've never seen such an elegant coop. It does have a wonderful chapel feel still. I'm so glad to hear your spirits up. Keeping busy has it's benefits!!! What's your next project? How is the garden..?

It looks great. I know you are proud. I have a page out of a book I am gonna email you. I used it to make my Nest boxes. They have been used for 2 years and They are in great shape and easy to clean. Hope this helps.
About you Roo. I had the same thing happen. got 13 girls and one ended up being a boy. I love him. He is my baby two years later.
Chickens are a great way to take a break from life. I go down to the coop to sit, feed, pet, talk, cry, laugh and watch them and things just fade away for a while.
Again I am sorry for your loss. You are in many prayers.

I'm so glad you posted an update.....been thinking of you everyday wondering how you were and how the coop was coming along. It's a beauty and so are the are your girls. Believe it or not....you are my inspiration that you can go on and move forward. You're an exceptional woman.

Im sorry for your loss. the coop is a thing of beauty and you should be very proud. as far as roosters there is one setting right in front on the branch and a possible other on the far right side, the rest all look like girls.
