The chicks are such a good source of comfort. I love my little girls and look forward to seeing them each day. You are doing so good to continue on after such a hard time. God bless you. I love your coop, (house) ;-)

I love your coop and yes like everyone else has said I ditto the fact that your husband would be so proud of you. I'm so sorry for your loss. You are so awesome to finish the coop and carry on his love of building things.

Chickens are the best thing for the soul and we just love ours. We started out with 10 last year and have added another 24 this year. We love taking them in the garden/orchard with us and just spending time with them. They are the most peaceful creatures and bring us so much joy and I know yours will too.

Do keep us posted and we wish we live closer since we would be there in a heart beat to help out. But sounds like you have a lot of really good friends helping you.
