They are growing, much healthier and much easier to handle although the two i am sure are cockrels are wary, the two hens have become sweet and there is one that i am still not sure.Is it normal for jubilees to have as much white as this one cockrel has? The two hens have very classic coloring, the cockrels have a lot of white.

I wouldn't worry too much. It just looks like they're maturing more slowly which is common for cockerels in slow-to-mature breeds. You're just seeing the down feathers! As long as they're being fed the proper feed and protein percentage, it's just a waiting game! :)
Thank you .I am feeding Nutrena Nature wise all flock plus grit and greens, they moved to the outside small coop last week after treatment for coccidia and parasites as well as 30 day quarentine. I will start introducing them to yard time this afternoon as they have had a week of my other birds introducing themselves and now entirely ignoring them ... thank you

I don't know. I got them locally was supposed to be day old then week old and when I got home assorted 4-6-7 week Olds that weren't real healthy but with guidance they are much healthier pandemics growing quickly
